If you have dealt with After6 Services before, you may have noticed that we switched Help Desk services. On December 6, 2012, we made the switch to Desk.com, which is a service provided by Salesforce.com.
Salesforce.com is the provider of our Customer Relationship Management system, so we hope to see the benefits of a lot deeper integration between our help desk and After6’s sales and marketing.
